In demanding production environments when pH is adjusted there is no issue of 'bad batches' or material wastage.

The Micropore equipment is 100% stainless steel and can be run at elevated temperatures. Our equipment is fully enclosed and capable of exceptional mixing for fragrances and other active ingredients. An added benefit is our equipment is easy to control and has a small footprint.

The Micropore equipment is constructed entirely of food grade stainless steel with industry standard hygienic fittings. Additional standards of finish are available for pharmaceutical use. The 100% stainless steel equipment can be run at elevated temperatures.

The low shear and gentle conditions used during membrane emulsification prevent damage of potentially sensitive active ingredients.
We have expertise in working with companies seeking to replace some less attractive emulsifying agents, e.g. polyglycerol polyricinoleate (PGPR), with more environmentally desirable ones, that need lower shear, provide greater stability and good control during processing.
