To complement our equipment to generate emulsions and dispersions, we have introduced the Vision-500TM to provide on-line monitoring of drop size with interfacing to drop generation equipment for automated process control.
Laboratory and stand-alone devices are supplied to provide a low cost particle, or drop, characterisation device by image analysis.
Particle size distributions, volume and number, plus statistics are up-dated in real time with on-screen display of the results. Datafiles are recorded for use later and the particle size 'Region of Interest' is tunable to the range required by the client. For process use, interfacing to a Control Room can be by: ethernet; fibre optical cable; firewire or custom design.
