Membrane emulsification: crossflow emulsification for emulsions less than 20 microns; novel techniques for monosized drops 20 to 800 microns. Lab and process scale continuous membrane emulsification.	Microfiltration: high throughput microfiltration using the process-design style VibraFilter®, and our novel microfiltration media now shown operating on video.
Particles: monosized particles, including encapsulated ingredients, made to specification from polymers, coacervates and hydrocolloids. Our particles can be used as microcarriers and can be functionalised.	Image analysis: for particle and drop characterisation, Lab and on-line versions, suitable for process control. The Micropore: Vision-500TM low cost versions available.
