The Micropore Technologies media, and operating principles, can be used to create a very uniform emulsion, or dispersion, which is then solidified by reaction, polymerisation, temperature, etc. An example of the resulting particle size distribution is shown in the picture - for large particles, which are normally difficult to obtain without sieving, or some other form of particle classification. The size distribution shown here is that using our media and techniques alone; no classification has been used.
