Complex Coacervation is a method of encapsulating actives in a protective shell. This isolates the actives from their surroundings, protecting them and allowing for controlled release. This technology sees use across industries, but is primarily used in food, fragrance and personal care applications as the capsules are made of natural, food grade materials and are biodegradable.
